Executive Chef - Colletta Cary

As the Executive Chef at Colletta Cary you will lead a team with compassion while also build a culture around food and service. As the Executive Chef (EC) of an authentic Italian dining experience, you'll bring your expertise in Italian cuisine and thrive in a scratch kitchen environment.


Colletta, which means “collection” in Italian, is just that – a compilation of lively dining experiences. Colletta celebrates the best of Italian American dishes with welcoming hospitality and service. Seasonal changes guide the menu of scratch-made pasta made in-house daily, cheeses, antipastis, pizzas and more. Staying true to Italian dining traditions, Colletta also offers a “For the Table” dining option curated for a family-style experience, offered nightly alongside the full à la carte menu.


What You Need:

  • On the Line Leadership: Proven experience as an Executive Chef, who manages the line during service
  • Cuisine Expertise: Strong background in Italian cuisine, Fresh Pasta, Pizza, & Butchery
  • Innovative Spirit: A passion for exploring new culinary trends and techniques.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performing culinary teams.
  • Scratch Kitchen Expertise: Experience and expertise in a scratch kitchen environment.
  • Goal Oriented: Strong organizational and leadership skills
Requirements:

EXPECTATIONS:Flexibility: Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holidays) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation. In general, you can anticipate working 55 to 60 hours a week.
