Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the implementation of quality standards across the plant.
  • Collaborate across various departments and drive measurable improvements.
  • Formulate, maintain and integrate quality plans.
  • Ensure quality is built into processes and inspection plans.
  • Prioritize defect prevention and supervise a large team.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality.
  • Experience in heavy industrial, Automotive (preferred)
  • Problem solver and solution oriented.
  • Experience managing and working with 3rd party suppliers.
