Landscape Laborer

We are looking to bring on more employees as we are a quickly growing lawn and landscape provider in Waukesha County. Starting seven years ago with only one mower and a trimmer we have built a fully developed landscape company. Devised of two crews, one that services lawn and general landscape maintenance, and another that performs larger landscape projects. Projects including complete renovation, plantings, bed installations, patios, retaining walls, and much more. We cycle our employees between both divisions to expand their knowledge and keep them engaged with new and fun activities. We are a company that presents alot of opportunity to both individuals seeking long term work and short term.

The work environment is one of the most important aspects to a job/career. A work environment can many times make or break a job. At Superior Services Wisconsin there will be nothing to worry about. As employees follow the rules set in place this job is extremely enjoyable. Dread going to work? • Clock in and clock out at correct times

Correct work attire includes premium t-shirts, a choice of pants or shorts (cannot be athletic shorts), Boots/ landscape shoes. You will be given one pair of work gloves and one pair of safety glasses at the start of the season. Within reason, we will issue replacements, otherwise replacements will be deducted from your pay. Careless use of equipment will also be penalized either in the form of deducted from pay or termination from the company. Of course we understand accidents happen, equipment will break even when operating correctly. Respect it as your own and we will have no issues. 

Payroll will be all direct deposit, and will be run on a two week cycle. Clocking in and out of work will be done through the Jobber app. Times will be looked over at every payroll run, if anything is incorrect it will be discussed and corrected. Honesty is expected every day, every minute. Pay upon employees will not be discussed between one another. Your pay is your business and no one else's. Your pay is determined by all the things listed above. We look for taking extra initiative in working hard and growing with the company. The season is a 9 month cycle, the owner will check in twice, once at 3 months and at 6 months. Where we will discuss performance and answer any questions each individual employee may have.
