Currently looking for a professional, reliable, and ENERGETIC individual to work as part of our Front Desk Staff. CLOSED SUNDAYS.

POSITION SUMMARY: Bring the Burn culture to life by ensuring each guest receives the Blue Carpet Experience by providing them with a friendly welcome (Get to know THEM), showing them around the gym, introducing them to members/trainers, and explaining the workouts

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work with the front desk team to hit targets through consistent role training and guidance

· Work the front desk during camps and execute an elite client experience while also performing tasks related to upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of the facility

· Execute client follow up leveraging our CRM system

· Mindbody responsibilities will include data integrity as it relates to contracts and members account info, new retail SKU entry, updated billing information, inventory management

· Re-merchandise the retail center based on direction set forward in the protocol

· Attempt to resolve any client issues with memberships, retail, Burn Nutrition, etc.

· Capture content for social media

- Maintain solid product knowledge and awareness of all product information, merchandise, and services/promotions currently available

· Responsible for upselling secondary revenue items such as Burn Nutrition and retail

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prior experience working with customer service and/or sales recommended

· Experience working with or leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other KPI’s

· Able to quickly learn and navigate software systems and maintain records

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Have a high level of understanding of social media

· Ability to multi-task and stay organized while having high attention to detail and follow-through

· Job may require lifting, bending, stooping or standing for a 45 minute period
