Know and understand the Pack plan of the day · Plan the configuration of the counters and assign the fruit according to the Pack plan · Correctly use the computerized program to perform the necessary activities in the best possible way · Communicate with the staff of the packing plant on an ongoing basis regarding all matters that directly impact production. · Continuously review key points to anticipate possible problems and avoid wasting time · Comply with the required orders and be aware of possible changes. · Provide the staff with the necessary information and supplies in a timely manner. · Fill out and organize the established physical formats. · Reception and execution of external information. · Know the responsibilities that other members of the plant have, transmit or channel the information received to whom it corresponds. · Look for opportunities to help team members, provide support, and strive to keep the lines of communication open. · Cooperate with supervisors and other employees on all assignments. · Communicate any concerns about the product to the production lead. · Maintains a clean, hazard-free work area. · Follow all Company rules and policies including safety regulations. · Follow all food safety and good manufacturing practices. · Promptly report violations or potential problems to supervisor

This position works with a lot of numbers,  details, and is fast paced. Management is looking for an employee that is bilingual. The computer software is in Spanish and communication over the radio will be Spanish as well.

Computer knowledge is required for this position the Tally Room Operator will have to learn how to use the 4 computers in the tally room, and  manage different parts of the sizer.
