As the Wine Club Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing wine and merchandise sales through creative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:- Manage the onboarding process for new members, including sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Keep precise and current records in our database.
- Address member inquiries promptly and provide top-notch customer service.
- Plan and execute wine club events, such as release parties, tastings, and exclusive member gatherings.
- Develop engaging communications to keep members updated on upcoming releases, events, and promotions.
- Oversee event logistics, including catering, invitations, and entertainment.
- Ensure all events are executed flawlessly, creating unforgettable experiences for our members.
- High school diploma or GED; a degree in marketing, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience in wine tasting rooms, marketing, public relations, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with organizational principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on politeness, tact, patience, and diplomacy.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Maintain professional relationships with employees, guests, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
- Capable of meeting deadlines with exceptional project management and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
