Responsibilities:

  • Manage preparation of period end financial statements
  • Lead recurring accounting tasks for multiple legal entities, including franchises
  • Prepare and review general ledger account reconciliations
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting system data
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies
  • Design and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Act as point of contact for external financial statement audit

​Qualifications:
○ 4+ years in accounting experience
○ Solid knowledge of US GAAP
○ Audit experience a plus
○ Expert in Microsoft Excel
○ Experience with accounting software
○ English fluency required, Spanish fluency a plus
