Porter/Groundskeeper

We are looking for reliable, responsible, and ready-to-go apartment porter/groundskeepers to add to our expanding team
No experience is necessary

Job Responsibilities of a porter/ groundskeeper:

·        Provide basic janitorial duties both inside and outside

·        Maintain curb appeal by completing tasks such as painting, trash pickup, and power washing

·        Trashing out units

·        Porter/ groundskeepers must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

·        Assisting with other needs the property requests

·        Porters/ Grounds Keepers must be comfortable working outside
