Pay Rate - $40/hr

This project manager is accountable for planning, monitoring and ensuring all architectural sales marketing materials for assigned divisions are available on-time and accurate to sell homes. It’s critical for this role to develop strong relationships, collaborate and lead problem solving with cross-functional partners to meet deadlines. In addition, act as a customer service point of contact for planning for new community openings and maintenance of existing communities.

What are the primary responsibilities?
·Manages all architectural marketing projects for the lifecycle of the community. Leads the project progress by organizing and managing requirements, ensuring deliverables align with Toll standards for quality and accuracy to meet division needs for the following architectural marketing assets: Printed Brochure Floor Plan Inserts, Community Specific Floor Plans, Master Floor Plans, Option Details, Design Your Own Home Interactive Floor Plans and Virtual Rendered Tours.
·Acts as a single point of contact for architectural marketing projects for communities in assigned divisions
·Builds relationships with key stakeholders: cross functional corporate team, Community Planning, Marketing Managers, Options Managers and Division Architectural Managers 
·Collaborates with members of the Community Planning Team, Operations, Architecture, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing to solve issues, strive for continuous improvement and team building to support assigned divisions.
·Creates and is responsible for ensuring timelines, for all architectural marketing projects, are achieved for the community deadlines, in assigned divisions; prioritizes many competing projects for both floor plan requests for Architectural Marketing Specialists and exterior rendering requests for Visualization Coordinators.
·Strategic decision making to ensure on time delivery of all projects.
·All other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications?
·Essential:
o   Associate degree or equivalent certificate 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in Marketing or Architecture
o   Excellent Organization Skills
o   Ability to Coordinate Multiple Competing Projects
o   Sense of Urgency and Ability to Work Under Deadlines
o   Customer Service Experience
o   Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator Experience
 
·Preferred:
o   Bachelor’s Degree
o   Experience in building industry, specifically Architecture
