Immediately hiring a University Contact Center Representative in Pleasantville, NY This is an opportunity with a highly regarded private liberal arts university. The Contact Center Representative provides an integral role in the student experience and will work with a variety of different aid programs. Offering a competitive salary, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and significant career opportunities Remote schedule available after in person training period of 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Advise current and prospective students and parents on federal and state financial aid programs
  • Analyze family income
  • Determine eligibility and process financial aid packages
  • Review and create financial aid status reports
  • Collaborate with the Admissions, Student Accounts, and Student Development departments
  • Provide assistance to the program director as needed
  • Deliver exceptional student focused service and support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working in financial aid or student assistance a plus
  • Experience working in academic institution a plus
  • Business professional writing and verbal communication skills

Hours

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9am - 5pm
