JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate public speaking curricula and lesson plans.
  • Conduct interactive and engaging workshops and classes for children and youth.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and growth.
  • Utilize diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students to help them improve their speaking abilities.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to integrate public speaking skills into broader educational programs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure all students achieve their potential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in public speaking or teaching is a plus.
  • Proven experience in teaching or coaching public speaking to children and youth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Experience working with diverse communities is highly desirable.
  • Energetic, creative, and adaptable with a passion for youth development and education.
