Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage preparation. This role requires a professional, attentive, and efficient individual who can work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, shelves, and surrounding areas.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Assist with banquets, parties, and other events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Demonstrate basic math skills to calculate bills and make change.
- Promote sales of food and drinks by making recommendations and engaging with guests.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

- Strong bartending skills and knowledge of a variety of beverages.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with a cash register and basic math skills.
- Familiarity with food service and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a banquet setting and assist with special events.
- Strong sales skills and a passion for promoting products.
