Then we have the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for an On-Site Manager to join our growing Ft. Worth team. This person needs to be dynamic, self-driven, goal-oriented, strategic and a real go-getter who gets results and who loves the challenge that is the staffing industry This is an office-based position.

As the On-Site Manager, you must

  • possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism
  • customer service skills
  • excellent oral and written communication
  • the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry
  • MUST be bilingual English/Spanish

The primary responsibilities include:

  • ensuring that all open orders are filled in a timely manner
  • leading and managing the on-site recruiter team
  • building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • ensuring the client receives the highest level of service at all times
  • managing, motivating and holding accountable the recruiting team
  • managing and ensuring strong relationships with our associates on assignment

The On-Site Manager works as an extension of the client's HR function, working to streamline and oversee aspects of client contingent workforce, to include business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the temporary staff.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in a high volume recruiting agency required
  • Minimum 2 years in an Operations/Recruiting management or supervisory role, overseeing a team of at least 2
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced/high pressure environment
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills
  • High proficiency in use of online job boards like Indeed, Ziprecruiter, social media platforms
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Sheets
  • Very good command of the English language with respect to reading writing and spelling
  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation
