Receptionist

Job Title: Spa Receptionist

Location: Moonlight Spa and Hammam

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Middle Eastern Spa and Hammam . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail-oriented and organized. Pay starts at $17 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in guests, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries.

• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of services provided.

• Manage payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain financial records.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with any questions or concerns.

• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or receptionist roles.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
