Managed IT Client Account Manager/ Client Relations Sensei

The Position:

Argyle IT is looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Account Manager to join our Managed Services team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, expectations, and collaborate with internal resources to ensure customer success and satisfaction. Successful applicants will participate in safeguarding our revenue, retaining our clients, grow our accounts, and create projects to modernize client infrastructure. This position requires elite communication skills and an effective grasp on current technology trends.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the client onboarding process.
  • Staying in scope and interfacing with client and internal team when scope changes
  • Develop and build strong client relationships.
  • Engaging with client support as a client advocate to ensure speedy resolution of client issues.
  • Regularly communicate with assigned accounts, set expectations, and negotiate priorities appropriately.
  • Design and develop innovative solutions to client requirements.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes for existing clients.
  • Conduct regular strategic reviews with our clients.
  • Document, track, and support compliance with clients’ Service Level Agreement

The Most Important Result to Achieve Are:
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow the company's instructions for lead follow up, documenting conversations and actions, updating the company's database, posting notes, scheduling follow up calls and meetings and preparing technical proposals and documentation.
