Your Role:

As our Furniture Design Assistant / Client Relations Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our client experience. This role is a blend of creativity, customer service, and project management. You'll guide our clients from the spark of an idea to the final stroke of finish, ensuring their design dreams come to life. Your role will be pivotal in building relationships, understanding client needs, and turning those needs into beautiful realities.

Your Canvas:

  • Lead the way for our clients, offering personalized administrative and design advice from the first hello.
  • Schedule meetings, provide informed pricing, and assist in selecting the perfect materials and finishes to reflect each client's unique style.
  • Work closely with our dedicated team to ensure smooth project progression and ecstatic client outcomes.
  • Keep our clients in the loop, turning anticipation into excitement as they see their pieces transform.
  • Play a key role in our marketing efforts, capturing and sharing the beauty of our projects on social media, drawing the community into our world of design.
  • Follow up post-project to celebrate satisfaction and resolve any final touches, ensuring every client becomes a story of success.

What We're Looking For:

  • A sparkling personality with sales and design savvy, able to illuminate the path for clients in their design choices.
  • 2+ years in the trenches of customer success, sales, or design consultation, or an impressive internship at an interior design firm.
  • Stellar communication skills and the ability to form strong connections.
  • A knack for organization, detail orientation, and juggling multiple projects with grace.
  • A proactive spirit who flourishes in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
