Boomerang Design is looking for an Emerging Professional to join our firm in Raleigh, NC.  The ideal candidate will be passionate about architecture and motivated to excel. Essential responsibilities will include the ability to assist in the development of a project from programming through procurement in a team-based environment.  Essential Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work collaboratively amongst internal and external project team members.
  • Think creatively; critique constructively, and challenge the expected.
  • Design sensibility with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and graphically.
  • Ability to research topics and extend the firm’s knowledge base.
  • Produce design and construction documents, written reports, and presentation materials.
  • Respect internal job cost accounting procedures.
  • Review code/planning issues and resolve them accordingly.
  • Working knowledge of Revit (Construction Document Preparation), AutoCad, and MS Office software.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
 Qualifications:  
  • Minimum Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited school of architecture or related professional degree.
  • On the path to completion of the Architectural Registration Examination (A.R.E)
  • Proven performance and evidence of motivation and initiative.
  • History of team-based experiences.
