Cabinet Shop Foreman

Currently looking for a foreman in a cabinet shop. Must have good management skills, administrative skills, project management skills, organizational skills, and experience in carpentry. We use a Biesse Rover B7 CNC machine to cut our projects as well as a Biesse Akron Edge bander. The software we use to run the CNC is Mozaik. If you have experience with this software that is a major plus. We would prefer that you have experience using such machines but not mandatory. We specialize in custom cabinetry, closets, pantries, Entertaiment centers, etc. Basically, any storage solution needs. We do, however, do an occasional kitchen. Looking for someone with good activity management skills that can make shop schedules, and delegate project details/log progress. Expect to be hands on in the shop when needed and during installs. Knowledgeable in construction industry and install assembly of cabinets/closets. Experience in sales/leads in cabinet shop work. Any experience in administrative and or organizational skills to plan project installs/job assembly. Must be located in Naples, or no more than 30 miles from our location. Unless you are willing to relocate.
