Remodeling company with working custom cabinet/millwork shop looking for skilled shop builder for high end custom builds. Work will include custom millwork, cabinet building, built-ins, architectural trim, ceiling details and furniture pieces for residential and commercial applications. Work is detailed and must be precise. Ability to work diligently toward completion with an appreciation of effort involved in both sales and design to create the work performed, is a must.
Our work includes single and multi-family remodels, commercial case and millwork of a higher standard. Our team works well together which isn't by accident, we seek out individuals with an ability to be accountable for their actions and willing to help others learn. It’s a common understanding that the sooner a mistake is recognized, the easier it is to correct. It’s a good environment to work in and we are looking to add a new piece to it.
Applicant should take pride in themselves, their coworkers and the clients that are trusting us with their homes and projects. This is a full-time position; we are booked currently through 2026 and looking for someone stable and willing to work with the team.
CABINET BUILDER: $30/hour starting
CABINET BUILDER APPRENTICE: $20-25/hour starting
REQUIRED:
- Clean appearance is a priority
- Respect for co-workers and their tools
- Respect for clients and their projects
- Non-smoking
- Basic hand and cordless tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
