Our hours are in person M-Th 7:30AM- 4:30PM and 7:30AM-4:00PM on Friday. Typical day includes talking/troubleshooting with customers regarding machine service/networking issues and logging/ scheduling service calls and equipment installations. There will be data entry and invoicing, as well as working with our service team in the field and in the shop, routing service calls or coordinating travel. As this position deals with equipment that connects to a customer's network, knowledge/understanding of Computer Networking is a must Mechanical Aptitude is also a plus
