Front Desk Receptionist

Center for Brain and Spine is seeking an experienced and friendly Front Desk Receptionist for our busy medical practice. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Duties include:
- Answering phones promptly
- Greeting patients and guests
- Assisting patients with their needs both via phone and in person
- Communicating with the physicians and physician assistants
- Verifying insurance eligibility
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Calling in prescriptions for patients
- Faxing clinical notes
- Scanning records
- Updating patient chart and information utilizing EMR
- Collecting patient copayments and deductibles
- Traveling to satellite offices per the doctor’s schedule – must possess a car and valid driver’s license
- Scheduling surgical cases – we will train
- Bilingual a plus

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
