The Buyer Agent is dedicated to continuous learning and actively participates in courses and script practices, while also investing in team growth.

Job Description

  • Prospecting and Follow-Up: Daily prospecting, follow-up, presenting, and servicing buyers to convert leads into appointments, agreements, and contracts.
  • Database Management: Re-engage and follow up using the existing database, and manage follow-up systems.
  • Market Expertise: Gain expert knowledge on mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership issues.
  • Consultation and Showing: Assess buyers' needs through consultation, show homes that meet their criteria, and negotiate effectively.
  • Client Service: Ensure 5-star service throughout the transaction.

  • Maryland Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
  • 1-3 years of industry and sales experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of management experience preferred.

  • Work a pre-planned 40-50 hour week.
  • Dedicate 10-20 hours per week to lead follow-up.
  • Research the market daily for new listings and price reductions.
  • Call past clients and sphere-of-influence for referrals.
  • Respond quickly to inbound calls and inquiries.
  • Hold yourself accountable for goals and results.
  • Attend all training and script practices.
  • Track key business activities and set weekly goals.
