Skills Required:

• Technical Proficiency: o Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query. 
• Data Literacy:
  •  Experience working with healthcare data, including but not limited to medical claims data. 
  •  Preferred Medicaid or Medicare experience at a medical insurance company or equivalent work history at a State or Federal level for these programs. 
• Communication Skills: 
  •  Effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
  •  Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Problem-Solving Attitude: o Analytical mindset to identify data-related challenges and propose solutions.
Experience Required:
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare-related work experience. 
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of data management systems and analysis tools.
Education Required:Prefer a bachelor’s degree in health information systems, mathematics, or a relevant field.
