Professional Services Engineer

Entry-level candidates will be trained to load and deploy PCs and laptops as a primary responsibility. Secondarily they will assist and mentor under senior level engineers in all other areas of installations, eventually being able to take lead on such items, which they gain technical expertise and training.

Candidates must have exceptional customer service skills and be self-motivated, multi-tasking, pro-active individuals who demonstrate the ability to go beyond text-book training to anticipate and prevent typical problems and quickly and intuitively solve new problems.

 

Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Windows Topologies are highly desired

  • 1+ years currently working in a core technical area

  • Experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Client, general networking topologies

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent professional communication skills including excellent oral and written skills
