Chef Manager- Monday through Friday work week

We are hiring a talented Chef to oversee our culinary team and run total food service operations. This is an opportunity to put your stamp on our food program. This position will give this Chef work-life balance, creative freedom, and a cool company culture.

Chef Responsibilities:

  • Oversee our culinary team including inventory, ordering
  • P&L accountability and responsibilities
  • Source locally, develop vendor relationships, and create menus

Preferred Chef Qualifications:

  • Three years of culinary management experience
  • experience working in a contract food service environment
  • Well-versed in current cooking and food trends
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Knowledge of P&L
