We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a General Laborer, at our Kalamazoo, MI facility. The General Labor position performs all tasks involved in the production of baling recyclable paper. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Integrity Fiber requires the following skills and abilities:

  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Loads production material on to a conveyor line.
  • Ability to learn and identify grades of paper.
  • Prepares work area for daily production.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area.
  • The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.
  • Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment.
