Warehouse Shipping Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and organized Shipping Associate to join our team. The Shipping Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package items for shipping according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Generate shipping labels and documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain shipping records and update inventory systems as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to prioritize orders and meet shipping deadlines.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
