RemX has an immediate opening for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper with a reputable company located in Richmond, VA.

Location: Richmond, VA

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (100% Onsite)

Pay: Commensurate with Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Perform weekly payroll tasks, occasionally handling certified payroll requirements.
  • Manage accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), billing, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate files including contracts, initiate background checks, and manage personnel files.
  • Experience in construction industry procedures is advantageous.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Suite is required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Sage software preferred.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
