Job Summary: We are seeking a polished, professional, and proactive Lead Host/Hostess to manage our reception team.
As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for a superior guest experience. The ideal
candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for service excellence and a flair for creating a welcoming
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and ensure a prompt, courteous, and appropriate seating arrangement based on guest
preferences and table availability.
• Manage reservations and waiting lists, using reservation software proficiently to note special requests and
occasions.
• Coordinate with the management and culinary teams to understand daily specials, menu changes, andavailability of seating to effectively communicate with guests.
• Supervise and train host staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the service standards and operations of
the restaurant.
• Handle guest queries and concerns with professionalism and patience, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly
to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas to balance the workload on the kitchen and service staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance lobby.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regular guests to enhance personalized service and loyalty.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a host/hostess in a high-end restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reservation management software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
