Job DescriptionJob Description

The Returns Processor will analyze, organize, maintain, and oversee all aspects concerning returned customer products and inventory corrections.   

Responsibilities:

· Inspect and process daily customer product returns (RMAs)

· Responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient returns process for both the company and customers

· Data entry of orders and inventory counts 

· Responsible for RMA inventory transfers

· Warehouse restocking

· Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control

· Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place

· Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt

· Unload packages from incoming trucks

· Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries

· Communicate with sales channels to ensure final resolution for RMA’s

Requirements:

· Experience in operating forklifts (forklift certified and/or willing to become certified)

· Strong computer, writing and verbal communication skills required

· ERP experience a plus

· Must be able to work with minimal supervision

· Solid understanding of health and safety regulations

· Basic math and data entry abilities

· Excellent organizational skills

· Great communication and interpersonal abilities

· Material handling required

Wage:  $17.00 - $19.00, DOE
