Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Your expertise in data analysis, specimen collection processing, and data management will be crucial in providing accurate and timely results.

Duties:
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures using techniques such as ELISA, RNA extraction, flow cytometry, and more.
- Collect and process specimens according to established protocols.
- Analyze test results and ensure accuracy by adhering to quality control standards.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Record and manage data in compliance with laboratory protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide recommendations for patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in laboratory technology and techniques.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
- Valid certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).
- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
- Proficient in performing various laboratory tests and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and laboratory safety protocols.
- Excellent data analysis skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data management systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Experience with specimen collection processing techniques.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and CT scanning procedures is a plus.
