Pro-Seal & Paving is a reputable contractor specializing in high-quality asphalt paving services. We are looking for an experienced Asphalt Screed Operator to join our dedicated team and contribute to our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate the screed on the asphalt paver to ensure an even, consistent surface.
  2. Adjust screed settings to maintain proper grade, slope, and smoothness.
  3. Monitor and control the asphalt flow to the screed.
  4. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the screed and paver.
  5. Collaborate with the paving crew to ensure project specifications are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Asphalt Screed Operator.
  • Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and materials.
