Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate asphalt pavers to spread and level hot mix asphalt on driveways, parking lots, streets, and pathways.
  2. Ensure the paving machine is properly maintained and ready for use.
  3. Collaborate with the paving crew to ensure a smooth and even surface.
  4. Monitor and control the paving machine’s speed and direction.
