Compensation: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Logistics, Warehouse, and Shipping Associate to join our team in East Mesa. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling physical tasks, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently. Verify and inspect items for quality and quantity.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and assist with inventory audits.
  • Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe. Manage storage and retrieval of goods.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary shipping and receiving paperwork, and update records as required.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or shipping role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
  • Background Check & Drug Screening: A background check and drug screening will be required prior to starting.
