Position Overview:
As a Production Team Member, you will play a vital role in our day-to-day operations, focusing on the manufacturing, inspection, and packaging of plastic and chrome-plated components essential for automotive applications. Responsibilities may include operating machinery, assembling, inspecting, and packing components, as well as maintaining detailed records of production metrics and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
Adherence to written and pictorial work instructions
Thorough inspection of automotive components for quality assurance
Trimming and clipping of materials as necessary
Assembly of chrome pieces and lenses
Operation of machinery and equipment
Efficient packing and labeling of finished products
Basic record-keeping of production data and defect reporting
Shift Schedules:
1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm (Mon-Fri, Sat. as needed)
2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Mon-Fri, Sat. as needed)
3rd Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am (Mon-Fri, Sat. as needed)
Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $13.50 to $14.25 per hour, based on the assigned shift.
