Full Time Medical Receptionist (40Hr work week)

We are looking to hire an Experienced Physical Therapy Receptionist to join our team We are seeking a friendly, reliable, detail oriented, energetic individual who will be the first point of contact for patients. In this role you will be handling the day-to-day administrative operations while also making a lasting impression on our patients and team.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, taking payments, running reports, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. Other responsibilities include Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation, Using EMR system to maintain accurate data for verifications, authorizations and billing. Processing Medical Records requests. Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation. Assisting in monitoring and ordering stationery and clinical supplies. Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.

What You Will Need:

Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience with the ability to self-motivate with the drive to exceed patient expectations, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while consistently maintaining a positive attitude. Also the ability to motivate & train employees with patience & ease. Lastly having the ability to manage a good scheduled work flow.
