Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client is known for providing property management software solutions for the multifamily, commercial, single-family and vacation rental housing industries. Currently seeking someone who is responsible for researching disputed data from their consumers and clients.

This position is Temp to Hire, 100% onsite, and $20-23/hr

Duties Include:

  • Customer service and escalation management
  • Heavy research
  • Updating database
  • Review criminal cases
  • Analyzing court documents

Required:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a must
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Analytical and detail oriented mindset
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows
