Description: Assist paralegal, attorneys, and other team members with all aspects of assessment collections against community association unit owners, including but not limited to clerical work, communications with clients, and communications with debtors.

Duties: Preparing various documents related to collection actions, including but not limited to demand letters to debtors, pleadings, and other documents to be filed in eviction, mortgage foreclosure, and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as correspondence to clients. Filing documents in eviction, foreclosure, and bankruptcy proceedings through applicable electronic filing systems. Performing limited title searches and bankruptcy searches prior to instituting collection actions. Keeping track of pending collection actions, foreclosures, and bankruptcy proceedings using LegalBoards application. Entering time and expenses using the Clio practice management application. Saving and maintaining files using the NetDocs application. Using Word, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft applications. Handling other administrative and clerical support tasks for attorneys.

Office: Hybrid work schedule (remote and office).
