As a CAD Detailer, you will play a crucial role in concrete construction projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings that guide the construction teams in the field. Your work will ensure that the projects are executed with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop detailed CAD drawings and layouts for concrete structures, including formwork, rebar, and other construction components

- Communicates with the field on drawing conflicts and issues related to formwork

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements and specifications

- Produce working formwork shop drawings based on the chosen formwork system

- Maintain an organized and up
-to
-date drawing library and documentation

- Assist in the preparation of material takeoffs and cost estimates based on detailed drawings

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase related to design or detailing

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CAD detailing, preferably in concrete construction

- Proficiency in CAD or BIM software

- Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, including formwork and reinforcement

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
