  • Visual Merchandising:

    • Create eye-catching displays that highlight our products’ features and benefits.
    • Maintain visual standards across all store locations, including window displays, shelving, and signage.
    • Rotate merchandise seasonally and during special promotions.

  • Inventory Management:

    • Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.

    • Ensure accurate pricing and product information on all displays.

  • Sales Analysis:

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize product placement and maximize revenue.

  • Travel Requirements:

    • This role involves periodic travel to our Caribbean store locations. You’ll have the opportunity to explore new cultures while contributing to our success.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a merchandiser in the resort industry is essential.
  • Strong visual sense and creativity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
