Company Overview:
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Support Specialist to work directly with our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities encompassing administrative support, graphic and web design, as well as social media and email marketing. As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of our business operations, contributing to our ongoing success and expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO, including managing emails, answering phones, and handling client inquiries.
- Oversee employee hiring, management, and training processes, as well as scheduling and resource management.
- Assist in planning and implementing new programs and expanding our presence to new locations.
- Maintain and input information into our facility software, oversee seasonal and yearly scheduling, and manage POS/online registration systems.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, create marketing materials, and manage social media accounts.
- Conduct regular site visits to program locations to foster community relationships and assess program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Exceptional administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated interest in youth sports and program education, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic and web design, social media management, and email marketing.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
