Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProject ManagerAre you ready to take your career in construction management to the next level with a dynamic and growing company? Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall administration, execution, and completion of a large-scale project or multiple mid-sized projects. You will oversee organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, ensuring productivity, profitability, and excellent communication within the team. Key Responsibilities:Prepare budgets and estimates, review bids, provide value design suggestions, and implement revisions.
Prepare general conditions, requirements, budgets, and site logistic plans.
Coordinate permit applications and ensure timely updates.
Execute subcontracts and ensure all required certificates of insurance are in place.
Manage all project activities through Procore construction management.
Develop and maintain project schedules, identify critical paths, and manage milestones.
Prepare comprehensive cost estimates throughout the project.
Oversee the shop drawing/submittal schedule and ensure compliance with contract documentation.
Manage RFIs and change order processes, maintaining logs and regular reviews.
Conduct and coordinate meetings (pre-job, weekly construction, post-job, and project closeout) and distribute minutes.
Collaborate with the Superintendent for subcontractor/vendor coordination, quality control, and safety inspections.
Review job costs, billings, and pencil draws for pay applications, enforcing vendor use of GC pay.
Maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, and subcontractors.
Participate in industry associations, promote the company, and network to stay informed about industry trends.
Assist the project team in preparing for presentations and interviews.
Lead and mentor younger employees, fostering their career growth.
