Marketing Manager Job Description: 

PrideStaff is partnering with a global manufacturer and supplier of testing machines and systems in search of a Marketing Manager with proven experience in digital marketing.  The Marketing Manager collaborates with colleagues to develop a branding messaging strategy using photography, video, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.  The ideal Marketing Manager has 5+ years of Capital Equipment Marketing and branding HubSpot experience and exhibits a high success rate of customer acquisition and retention.  The Marketing Manager is a full time, direct hire position in Kennesaw, GA. 

 

Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, Implement, & Execute Strategic Marketing Plans to Attract New Potential Customers & Retain Existing Clients

  • Work With European Markets to Create a Strong North American Market 

  • Work With Product Experts & Colleagues to Plan & Execute Sales & Marketing Campaigns, Help Promote New Products & Services & Produce Marketing Campaigns That Generate Inbound Leads

  • Support Marketing, Creative Direction & Communications

  • Quantify Marketing Efforts & Discover The ROI For Each Campaign & Initiative by Creating & Targeting a Specific Industry, Group, & or Product

  • Support Website Content Creation Locally Including Webinars, SEO, Landing Pages, White Papers, & Launching Advertisements on Various Digital Channels 

  • Prepare Content For Customer Communications, Presentations, Brochures, Flyers, Posters, & Video Concepts

  • Interface With Content Managers Locally & Internationally Along with External Partners to Develop Digital Marketing Tools, Tracking Analysis, & Marketing Automation Such as Hubspot

 

Marketing Manager Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Required 

  • BA/BS in Marketing or Related Field Required  

  • 5+ Years in Marketing With Proven Leadership  & Coordinating a Team Skills

  • Proficient in Managing Multiple Complex Projects Meeting & Exceeding Deadlines 

  • Previous Hubspot & Capital Equipment Marketing Experience Required

  • Marketing Automation or Customer Relationship Management Software Preferred

  • Capital Equipment & or Instrumentation Marketing Preferred 

  • Experience With Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads & Linkedin Highly Sought After  

  • Excellent Time Management, Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail Required 

  • Must be Able to Plan Complex, Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns Simultaneously 

  • Passionately Build Customer Relationships & Business Development 

  • Must be Able to Occasionally Fly Internationally to Germany
