We are in need of a tested and seasoned insurance representative who can come in and make an impact in a very busy processing department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years hands-on client service and processing experience as a licensed 220, 440 or 2044. To fit the needs of our clients, we represent almost every company in the State. It would be your primary task to have superior communication skills and a strong work ethic, to streamline policy processing activities. A working knowledge of quoting, binding and processing Florida home, flood, umbrella and auto insurance is required. Well versed in AMS360, Citizens Property Insurance and using comparative raters is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Be an active part of the office operations by bringing your personal energy and dynamics daily
  • Be reliable and show up to office on time and be ready to engage clients with a high level of service
  • Engage yourself as a part of Team Triton by bringing your personal knowledge, experience and skills
  • Resolve client inquiries, policy questions, payments and endorsements via phone, email and in-person
  • Bind insurance policies and verify all application questions are correct and client is a match for the company
  • Obtain signed applications and waivers from clients via ESIGN and verify with carrier policy requirements are met
  • Follow up with policy underwriting issues with client, verify premium payments and any required endorsements
  • Contact mortgage companies to update insurance documents and verify premium payments
  • Work with clients to cross-sell, make policy recommendations and obtain additional policies for agency
  • Following through on all tasks whether assigned by management, insurance companies or requested by customers

Qualifications:

  • Have a true caring for quality and finding the best insurance coverage options for policyholders
  • Proven track record in the P&C insurance by delivering a high level of customer service
  • Knowledgeable with navigating Florida home insurance company systems and web sites
  • Experienced with processing, uploading and submitting required documents to home, auto and flood companies
  • Ability to build rapport with clients through verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast paced office environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and organize tasks to obtain personal and company goals

**OFFICE PRODUCTION BONUS:

  • After 45 days of employment, candidate with be eligible for Team Tritons monthly office production bonus program.
  • Office Production Bonus Incentive is based on new policy count, policy retention goals and occasional company specific milestones.
  • Customers do not comes to Triton by accident. Every Team member interacts with clients and the customer experience drives our company.
  • Ask for referrals, deliver high quality service and cross sell new insurance policies to reach maximum office potential
