Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Fresh Start Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-notch cleaning services for residential, commercial, construction sites, and Airbnb properties. Your work will not only ensure our clients have clean and welcoming spaces but also contribute to a meaningful cause.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, construction sites, and Airbnb properties.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various surfaces.
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas.
• Emptying trash and replacing liners.
• Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
• Adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to making a difference.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
