Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
Proficient knife skills and familiarity with diverse cooking techniques are essential.

Detail-Oriented:
You possess a keen understanding of weights, measurements, and volumes.

Organizational Skills:
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen is a priority for you.

Team Collaboration:
You recognize that teamwork is crucial for a smooth kitchen operation.
Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to bend, reach, and twist continuously.
A minimum of 6 months experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant is preferred; however, candidates with less experience may be considered for a Prep Cook position.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
