Our client, a locally owned and growing company, is looking to add a Sales Analyst to their Greenville, SC team. This fast-paced, energizing work environment offers excellent career advancement opportunities and personal growth.

Sales Analyst Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales data captured in Shopify to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for possible improvement

- Conduct data mining to gain insights for strategic decision making

- Write detailed, easy-to-understand reports summarizing key findings and insights

- Develop dashboards on key performance metrics and enthusiastically present findings to leadership

- Forecast sales and provide data-guided recommendations to help determine lost sales opportunities

- Track competitor pricing and market changes

- Identify new market (Domestic and International) and customer segments to potentially expand our reach

- Use natural probing tendencies to review various vendor relationships to develop cost savings

 

Sales Analyst Skills Required:

- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, customer success, or analyst role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to think creatively and find solutions

- Degree in business administration, IT or related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access

- Proficiency in data visualization tools and developing dashboards

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to share insights enthusiastically

- A friendly, positive attitude and team player mentality
