Job Overview:
Rocky’s is a vibrant and exciting gaming tavern that offers a unique experience to its patrons. We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who is passionate about gaming, customer service, and can help manage our establishment's daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the establishment.
Assist the General Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, and managing the staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that The Ridge is in compliance with all state and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, including gaming equipment, food, and beverages.
Work with the General Manager to create and execute marketing strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Help organize and promote events, tournaments, and other activities that appeal to our gaming community.
Monitor financial performance, create reports, and make recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of gaming and the ability to engage with gamers and enthusiasts.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
Must be 21 years or older.
