Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at IROZ MOTORSPORT in Las Vegas, NV. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the business, manage staff, oversee fabrication, service and calibration departments, develop and implement business strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive overall business growth.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in general management in manufacturing
  • Managing a staff of 10-15 employees in sales, operations, administration and procurement
  • Must have a proven track record of successful leadership, management, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in automotive performance or related industry
  • Financial acumen, Budgeting, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge of automotive aftermarket products and trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field
