Guest Service Agent/ Night Auditor

Guest Service Agents are responsible for ensuring that every customer who visits our hotel has a wonderful experience from the moment they walk in, to the time they leave. A successful candidate for this position will be a creative problem-solver, comfortable engaging with customers and passionate about delivering an exceptional hospitality experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greets guests, answers phones and makes reservations
- Checks guests in and out, ensures correct payment method is used
- Answer questions about the local area and things to do there.
- Communicates to other departments any special guests needs
- Keeps desk area clean and organized
- Closes and balances shift
- Work closely with Supervisor, AGM and GM
Night Auditor- Performs similar duties as Guest Service Agent. Audits the days work and closes the business day in the hotel system. Prepares reports for Corporate Office and hotel management team.
